Qi Gong (Chi Gong) Workshop

IAUSM has teamed up with Chi Gong Facilitator, Jacqueline Chan, and will be offering a free experiential Chi Gong workshop this winter.
Come learn how the practice of chi gong can be used as a wonderful way to cope with stress and build resilience and calm.
You will also learn the basics on understanding energy and how it works in the body. With this knowledge, you can engage in a Chi Gong sessions anywhere – including at the office or the gym – to rejuvenate one’s energy and experience alignment. For those interested in joining, please wear comfortable clothing.
